The wonderful people at Forks Over Knives just published a collection of delicious-sounding, not to mention healthy, recipes for Super Bowl 2015. The theme for the menu this year is Mexican. Who can't get excited about that!

There is one vitamin that all vegans and vegetarians MUST take as a supplement, and that is vitamin B12. There are two reasons for this.
